about emily
Emily is a Pittsburgh-based musician with over 10 years of experience teaching and performing with ensembles that include the San Francisco Symphony, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and the National Symphony Orchestra.
Following a lifelong love for the field of education, Emily opened her violin and viola teaching studio after earning a Master of Music from the Manhattan School of Music. She enjoys guiding students toward their musical goals, adapting to each student's learning style, and encouraging creative and self expression.
Emily teaches both Suzuki and traditional lessons, in person and online, and hopes to help students develop an enduring love for music that will serve them in all future endeavors.
